Payment terms

All fees are payable upon receipt of our invoice.  We will usually invoice for work completed during the month. Our payment terms are 30 days.  Payment should be made via BACS to our business account.

Cancellation Policy

 Workshops, Courses, and Sensing Interviews

  • 28 Days or More Before the Workshop:
Clients will be charged for any preparatory work completed (e.g., design, sensing interviews, and research) as outlined in the proposal. No charges will apply for the workshop itself.

  • 15–27 Days Before the Workshop:
If cancellation occurs 15–27 days prior to the scheduled workshop, 50% of the workshop fee will be charged. Preparatory work will be invoiced according to the proposal.
Note: Requests to reschedule a workshop may be accommodated, and the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.

  • 8–14 Days Before the Workshop:
Cancellations made 8–14 days before the scheduled date will incur a charge of 50% of the workshop fee. Preparatory work will also be charged as per the proposal.
Note: Rescheduling requests will be considered, and cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.

  • 7 Days or Less Before the Workshop:
For cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled date, 100% of the workshop fee, as well as the costs of any preparatory work, will be charged.

Consultancy Services

In the event of mid-project cancellation, the client will be charged for any completed work up to the point of cancellation. For workshops, courses, or interviews that were scheduled as part of the consultancy, the sliding scale outlined above will apply.

Coaching/Supervision sessions

Terms will be applied as above, unless otherwise covered with a specific coaching/supervision contract, in which case the terms of that contract will apply.

An exception may be made for training/coaching sessions that are cancelled at short notice due to illness or public health emergencies if re-arranged.  This will be at the discretion of Insight CCR Ltd and in discussion with The Client.
